T3r Elemento is a Regional Mexican music group from Las Vegas, Nevada. Even though they're known for their varied repertoire, the band specializes in the Sierreño-Banda genre. It was formed in 2013 by musician Kristopher Nava, who was 14 years old at the time. The group's lineup was completed with the addition of Ramón Murillo (tuba), Samuel Salas (drums), Ángel Piña (requinto), and Juan J.R. (bajo quinto). In 2016, T3r Elemento made their official debut with the live albums Fiesta Privada and Rafa Caro en Vivo. Following the great reception of their first studio effort Underground in 2017 and the live LPs Los Angeles (En Vivo) and Underground (En Vivo), the group finally broke into the mainstream with their 2018 sophomore album, The Green Trip. Driven by the hit singles "Aerolínea Carrillo" with Gerardo Ortíz and Torralba, and "Mi Religión," the album enjoyed great commercial success in both Mexico and Latin America and garnered them a nomination for Best Regional Mexican Album at the Latin American Music Awards. Over the next few years, T3r Elemento continued to offer their unique take on Mexico's rich musical history on releases such as Good Vibes (2019), Our Wave (2020), Exotic Corridos (2021), and La Divinidad Femenina (2022). Featuring guest spots by Jaziel Avilez, Cornelio Vega y Su Dinastía, and Los Primos del Este, among others, Capítulo 1: El Regreso del Dragón came out in 2024 and contained the hit single "Labios de Cereza 2."
