Tedeschi Trucks Band is a rock and blues outfit that features ten musicians led by singer Susan Tedeschi and guitarist Derek Trucks whose debut album, 'Revelator', was named Best Blues Album at the 2011 Grammy Awards. The release topped Billboard's Blues Albums Chart, went to number four on the Top Rock Albums Chart and made it to number 12 on the Billboard 200. They have released four more successful albums and they tour with more than 200 dates each year. Tedeschi, who hails from Boston, Massachusetts, and Trucks, from Jacksonville, Florida, played together first as the Soul Stew Revival in 2007, which led to them forming Tedeschi Trucks Band in 2010. The current line-up features Kofi Burbridge on keyboards and flute, Tyler Greenwell and J.J. Johnson on percussion, Tim Lefebvre on bass, Kebbi Williams on saxophone, Elizabeth Lea on trombone and Ephraim Owens on trumpet plus singers Alecia Chakour, Mike Mattison and Mark Rivers. Their 2012 album 'Live: Everybody's Talkin'' went to number two on Billboard's Blues Albums Chart, number eleven on the Top Rock Albums Chart and number 25 on the Billboard 200. 'Made Up Mind' topped the Blues Chart in 2013, peaked at number two on the Rock Albums Chart and hit number eleven on the 200. 'Let Me Get By' was number one on the Blues Chart in 2016, number two on the Rock Albums Chart and number 15 on the Billboard 200. Their 2017 album 'Live from the Fox Oakland' topped the Blues Chart, reached number two on the Americana/Folk Albums Chart, hit number six on the Rock Chart and made it to number 39 on the Billboard 200. In 2019 they released their fourth studio album 'Signs'.
