Thasup

Born in the Fiumicino region of Rome on April 17, 2001, Davide Mattei aka Tha Supreme then Thasup first made a name for himself in 2017 with the track "6itch", which reached No. 16 on the Italian charts at the time. With no other releases apart from featurings for two years, the rapper went on to score a string of hits in 2019: "5olo", ranked no. 36, was followed by "Scuol4" (no. 20), "Oh 9od" (no. 27), a duet with Nayt, then "M8nstar " (no. 17), before the consecration brought by the number one "Blun7 a Swishland", while debut album 23 6451, no. 1 on release in November 2019, whose twenty tracks colonized the Italian chart. In 2021, he teamed up with his sister Mara Sattei and Carl Brave for the track "Spigoli", in turn ranked #1. The most listened-to Italian artist on the platforms returns under the shortened name of Thasup with the album C@ra++ere s?ec!@le, featuring guests Coez, Tiziano Ferro, Shiva, Rkomi, Tananai, Pinguini Tattici Nucleari, Salmo,Rondodasosa, Lazza and Sfera Ebbasta. In 2024, under the pseudonym Yungest Moonstar, he released the Sfaciolate Mixtape, an electronic digression of old tracks that he supervised entirely with the help of producer Miles. A few months later, the album Casa Gospel, inspired by the Christmas season and produced in duet with Mara Sattei, surprised with its gospel and pop tone. However, this did not prevent the album from reaching 2nd place in the Italian charts, with almost all of its tracks in the charts.
