Veronic DiCaire

Véronic DiCaire is a French singer and impersonator, born December 18, 1976 in Embrun, Ontario, Canada. She is best known for her imitation shows, in which she reproduces the voices of many famous female singers. Before her success as an impersonator, she began her musical career as a pop singer. Her self-titled debut album Véronic DiCaire, released in 2002, featured original songs in French. Véronic made a name for herself with the song " Feel Happy ". In 2005, Véronic released a second album, Sans Détour. Véronic's greatest success came as an imitator. After incorporating imitations into her shows, she quickly gained notoriety for her ability to faithfully reproduce the voices of famous female singers. In 2008, Céline Dion and René Angélil entrusted her with opening the Taking Chances show at the Bell Centre in Montreal. Following this triumph, she played to packed houses across Quebec and took her multiple voices to Europe. The French first met her as a judge on the TV show X Factor. Her extensive European tour took her to the Olympia in Paris 12 times between 2010 and 2012. A key figure in the world of French-language entertainment. Although the focus is more on her impersonation shows than her albums, Véronic DiCaire has left an indelible mark thanks to her unique talent and versatility as an artist.
