Yu Dabin (유다빈) is a South Korean singer-songwriter, musician, and producer known for her heartfelt indie and folk-inspired sound. Born on March 4, 1998, in Daegu, she first gained public recognition as a contestant on Superstar K 2016, where she impressed audiences with her emotive vocals and finished in the top 10. After a brief hiatus, she re-emerged in the music scene, forming the indie band YdBB (YUDABINBAND) in 2019 and officially debuting with the group on March 9, 2021. As the band’s vocalist and acoustic guitarist, she contributed to shaping its signature sound, blending folk, acoustic, and ballad elements. Yu Dabin launched her solo career on September 14, 2022, with the release of her digital single "Fall", showcasing her introspective songwriting and delicate vocal delivery. Her collaborations with artists like Namsang, SIMIN, and Grand Mint Band further solidified her presence in South Korea’s indie music scene. In addition to her solo and group projects, she has ventured into soundtrack contributions, lending her voice to "The Queen Who Crowns OST Part.2" in 2025.
