Alan Shirahama is a Japanese actor, DJ, and singer whose musical projects include the boy band Exile and the dance-pop group Generations from Exile Tribe. He was born to a Filipino mother and Japanese father on August 4, 1993, in Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture. He joined Generations from Exile Tribe in 2012, while the group was still known simply as "Generations," and appeared on the self-titled debut album Generations in 2013. The album reached Number 1 in Japan, as did 2015's Generations Ex and 2016's Speedster. He became the group's leader, as well. Meanwhile, Shirahama also joined Exile's roster in 2014, the same year the group topped the Japanese charts with the singles "New Horizon" and "Craving in My Soul." He then made his full-length debut with the band on the platinum-selling, chart-topping album 19: Road to Amazing World in 2015. Meanwhile, Shirahama also appeared in multiple Japanese TV shows and movies, balancing his acting career with newer pursuits like his DJ project. He also released solo singles like 2024's "Humanity Fight," which appeared on two Japanese charts early that year. On the country's Top 100 Deezer chart, "Humanity Fight" topped out at number 29. Meanwhile, on the Top 100 Line Music chart, it debuted at number 79.
