Caballero & JeanJass

Since his first steps in hip-hop, Caballero, a rapper from Brussels of Spanish origin, has rarely found himself alone, and has always sought to surround himself with others for the sake of emulation: Bruxelles Convoi, Ultimate Team, Gandhi, Scylla, Les Corbeaux, Black Syndicat... all projects that have shaped his sound identity, as well as his collaboration with Lomepal. But he found his true alter-ego in JeanJass (Exodarap). The pair's complicity is reflected on the joint album Double Hélice in 2016, making them the bridgeheads of a critically acclaimed Belgian rap wave alongside Damso, Roméo Elvis and Hamza. Their high-flying combination continues on Double Hélice 2 (which includes contributions from Angèle and Roméo Elvis) and Double Hélice 3 (with a return from the latter and contributions from Hamza, Sofiane and Krisy). At the same time, the two rappers launch a show on their video channel, featuring numerous guests from hip-hop, High and Fines Herbes, and mixing cuisine and cannabis... The concept is extended to music, with the duo releasing a homonymous mixtape in 2020 as a soundtrack to the show, which is packed with collaborations, with appearances by Roméo Elvis, Slimka, Alkpote, Oxmo Puccino, Bigflo & Oli, among many others. In 2023, the two rappers released High et Fines Herbes La Mixtape - Volume 2 (No. 11), on which they extended numerous invitations to artists as varied as Rim'K & Soso Maness, So La Lune, Savage Toddy, Le Juiice and comedian Paul Mirabel, among others. The duo also launched the ZushiBoyz series, the first volume of which was released in 2021, with the concept of inviting various producers such as Nicholas Craven, Mike Shabb, Mani Deiz and Agusta on the fourth volume, published in 2024.
