Clazzi

DJ Clazzi (born Kim Sung-hoon on November 15, 1974), better known by his stage name Clazzi (클래지), is a South Korean composer, singer, lyricist, record producer and DJ. After moving to Canada to study music technology, DJ Clazzi formed the group Clazziquai in 2001, with singers Alex and Horan. They initially released music on the internet, leading to their debut studio album Instant Pig, which was released on May 14, 2004, by the label Seoul Record (now LOEN Entertainment) in South Korea. The album was later released in Japan by Avex Trax and in Taiwan by Avex Taiwan. The group followed up with their several more albums including Color Your Soul (2005), Love Child of the Century (2007), and Mucho Punk (2009), was released on July 14, 2009. In 2011, DJ Clazzi began collaborating with various South Korean artists. He first teamed up with Seulong of 2AM for the single "How We Feel," which reached number 54 on the charts. Shortly after, he released the single "Love & Hate" (2012), a collaboration with Yi Sung-yol and rapper MYK, which also charted in the top 100. Both singles were featured on his full-length album Infant, released on January 17, 2012, through LOEN Entertainment. The album peaked at number 14 and featured contributions from various artists, including Seulong, Yi Sung-yol, MYK, and Kota and Jubi of Sunny Hill.
