Didi B

Real name Bassa Zéréhoué Diyilem, Didi B is an Ivorian rapper born on April 3, 1992, to a pianist and actor father and a choreographer mother. He launched his career with the hip-hop group Kiff No Beat, formed in 2009 in Abidjan. The group sets itself apart with its mix of styles (reggae, ragga, dancehall, rap), which they call Dirty Décalé , and elaborate choreography. Kiff No Beat was the first group to sign to Universal Music Africa in 2017. In 2013, Didi B embarked on a solo career with the release of the album Mojo Trone Vol.1 , the tracks " La vie c'est loin", "Level" or "Mes nuages ", became hits placing him at the top of the Ivorian hip-hop charts. When all the members of Kiff No Beat released solo albums, Didi B got back on track in 2018 with his first single, "Okalamaar". He followed this up with a series of singles, before releasing his album History (MojoTrône II). Each clip accumulates millions of views on YouTube. He tours the world (Africa, USA, Canada, Europe) and has raided the Hip-Hop Ivoire Trophy 2022 Awards (Artist of the Year, Best Video for the single " Yeye", Best Project for History, Best Featuring for the track "En haut" with JR La Melo, Tamsir).
