Die Schlagerpiloten

Die Schlagerpiloten are a group of artists from Germany. The pop band was founded in 2018 and initially consisted of the two producers Stefan Peters and Frank Cordes as well as the dancer Kevin Marx. The debut single "Lass mich der Captain deines Herzens sein" was released in early 2019. The debut album Lass uns Fliegen followed in the same year. With the album, the Schlagerpiloten climb straight to number 3 in the German charts. In Austria and Switzerland, it reaches the top 20, and the next album, Santo Domingo, takes the Schlager trio to number 2 in Germany. In Austria (No. 3) and Switzerland (No. 6), it also reaches the top 10. The Schlagerpiloten achieved the same success in 2021 with their third studio album Blue Hawaii. The next longplayer Sommer-Sonnen-Feeling also becomes a top hit in German-speaking countries in 2022. In the same year, Frank Cordes leaves the Schlagerpiloten. The two remaining members continue as a duo. In 2023, the Schlagerpiloten release Das Beste. The best-of album climbs to number 5 in Germany and Austria. In summer 2023, Die Schlagerpiloten release the studio album Rio. This is the formation's first number 1 success in Germany. The album climbs to number 4 in Austria and reaches number 6 in Switzerland, followed by another studio album, Bonita, in August 2024.
