Geetha Madhuri (August 24, 1989) is an Indian playback singer and voice actress, mostly known for her extensive career in the Telugu film industry. Born in the city of Palakollu, she attended the Loyala Model High School in Hyderabad and then obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce at Aurora College. She also studied classical and light music under Kocharlakota Padmavati and Ramachari. After making her debut as a singer in Kulasekar’s Premalekha Rasa in 2007, Geetha Madhuri went on to achieve major commercial success with the song “Ninne Ninne,” featured on the 2008 film Nachchavule. The track also earned her the Best Playback Singer award at the Santosham, Nandi, and Filmfare South Awards the following year. Subsequently, she continued to rack up accolades for her participation in box office hits such as Ek Niranjan (2009), Gundello Godari (2013), Baahubali: The Beginning (2015), and Janatha Garage (2016). In 2022, Geetha Madhuri featured alongside fellow singer L. V. Revanth on the song “Saana Kastam,” included in the soundtrack of the Telugu action film Acharya.
