Kami wa Saikoro wo Furanai is a Japanese four-member rock band formed in 2015. The members are Shusaku Yanagita (vocals, guitar), Kiichi Yoshida (guitar), Takemitsu Kiriki (bass, keyboards), and Ryosuke Kurokawa (drums). The band’s name, which means "God Does Not Play Dice," is inspired by a famous quote from Albert Einstein, reflecting their desire to create unique, rule-defying music and carve their own path. In May 2019, Kami wa Saikoro wo Furanai released their first mini-album Lambda Ni Taisuru Kenkai, followed by "Kotowari-" in February 2020. They made their major debut in July 2020 with the digital single "Utakata Hanabi", marking a significant step in their career. The band gained attention for their distinctive sound, blending emotional vocals with powerful rock instrumentation. Continuing to grow in popularity, they have released several works, including the song "Sketch"(2015), which further showcases their lyrical depth and musical complexity.
