A Berlin-based rapper with a global following, Kasimir1441 was born in Germany's capital city in 2000 and began rapping at age 15, initially releasing his recordings under the name Shor One. He developed a signature style that was aggressive in both its delivery and content, with songs that explored topics like crime and drugs. After releasing his breakthrough single, "Johnny Walker," in 2019, he changed his name to Kasimir1441 and signed with Bis Es Klappt Records. "KK" became his first hit on Germany's Singlecharts in March 2020, peaking at Number 90 and paving the way for a seven-song EP, Kickdown, which was released later that summer.
