M. Street is a South Korean ballad group that debuted in 2004 with their album Boy Story in the City. Known for their emotional ballads, the group quickly gained attention and held their first solo concert just seven months after debuting. Tragedy struck in 2008 when member Lee Seohyun died by suicide, and their final single with him, "Forever," was released posthumously in January 2009. Following a brief hiatus, M. Street reformed in 2011 as a trio with original members Gwangto and Seul, joined by new member W. of R.Tripper. They made a comeback with the song "Ask," featured on the OST for Protect the Boss, followed by the single "Loosen the Necktie," which charted on Billboard's Korea K-pop Hot 100. The group began performing in Japan around this time and continued releasing singles like "My Angel" before going on hiatus in 2012 due to W’s military enlistment. After several years of silence, M. Street returned in May 2019 with the single "Endless Way," featuring surviving members of the original lineup.
