Born Rahul Sipligunj Dhoolpet on August 22, 1989 in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, Rahul Sipligunj is an Indian playback singer, songwriter and actor who got his start on YouTube, making waves for hits "Makikirikiri" and "Galli ka Ganesh." He soon made the pivot towards film, launching his debut as a playback singer with "College Bulloda" in the 2009 Indian Telugu-language coming of age action film Josh, and making a name for himself as a singer across a vast repertoire of Telugu-language films. Among these are S. Thaman's Prati Roju Pandage, for which he sang "Thakita Thakita," 2021's Kanabadutaledu directed by Madhu Ponnas, for which he sang "Premey Ledhu," and 2022's RRR directed by M. M. Keeravani, for which he sang four songs, including "Haali Naatu." In 2019, Rahul Sipligunj won season 3 of the reality TV show Bigg Boss Telugu. In 2021, he worked on "Ladi Ladi" with co-singer Priya Prakash Varrier and composer Sricharan Pakala, as well as appearing as a guest on TV show BB Utsavam.
