Tigirlily Gold

Formerly known as Tigirlily, the duo Tigirlily Gold formed in Hazen, North Dakota, in 2013. Made up of sisters Kendra and Krista Slaubaugh, Tigerlily began performing locally while still in their teens, before setting about releasing covers of well-known tracks on their video channel. Moving to Nashville in 2017 for their studies at Belmont University, they occupied their time during the Covid-19 pandemic by releasing new songs. The sisters are quickly noticed by producer Shane McAnally, who signs them to the renowned Monument Records label, of which he has become co-owner. In 2021, they released their first EP, Tigirlily, before changing their name to Tigirlily Gold. Under this new name, the 2nd Blonde EP was released in 2023, featuring the hit "Shoot Tequila", ranked #47 on the Country Airplay chart, followed by "I Tried a Ring On" (2024), which reached #39. Awarded the trophy for Best Group or Duo at the Academy of Country Music Awards, the duo went on to release the album Blonde. In 2025, their new song "Forever from Here" (ranked #60 on the Country Airplay chart) is unveiled.
