Yutaka Oe is a Japanese male enka singer born on November 16, 1989 in Kishiwada City, Osaka Prefecture, Japan. In February 2009, she made her debut with "Noroma Taisho" composed by Saburo Kitajima under the name of Joji Hara, and released her second single "Yuyake Taisho" in January 2010, and in November of the same year, she announced that she would take a leave of absence due to medical treatment. After releasing "Kita-kaze Taisho" (2014) and "Gommenasutte" (2016), he formed the duo "Kitajima Brothers" with his colleague Takeshi Kitayama in 2018, and began performing alongside his solo work. In 2019, they will release the album "Ai Shoka Uta," which reached No. 26 on Oricon with "Kinosaki Shigure Tsuki" in August 2023, followed by "Takayama no Onna yo" in February 2024, which also reached No. 25 on the Oricon. In August of the same year, he released "Taiyo no Carnival" as an insert song for NHK's "Minna no Uta".
