Zero T, the alias of UK-based Irish producer and DJ Cian McCann, is a revered figure in the global drum'n'bass scene. Renowned for his versatile production style, which ranges from soulful and melodic to dark and driving, Zero T (fka Zero Tolerance) has been a consistent innovator since his emergence in the late 1990s. Cian McCann’s career took off with releases on influential labels like CIA, Subtitles, and Signature, showcasing his ability to balance intricate beats with lush atmospheres. His 2008 debut album, Cheap Shots, solidified his reputation as a producer with a deep understanding of both the genre’s roots and its potential for evolution. Beyond his solo work, Zero T has collaborated with a host of drum and bass heavyweights, including Calibre, Alix Perez, and Lenzman, while his DJ sets are celebrated for their seamless blends and narrative flow.
