American Authors are a four-piece pop rock band who originated from Boston, Massachusetts but now base themselves in New York. They formed whilst the various members were students at the state's Berklee College of Music and began recording under the name Blue Pages. After a name change to American Authors in 2012 the band released their self-titled debut EP. The EP's stand out track was 'Best Day of My Life' which also came out as a single in 2013. To date the band have released two studio albums 'Oh, What a Life' and 'What We Live For' both of which were well received by fans and critics and the band have become a popular attraction on the American and UK festival scene.
