Chefin, born Natanael Cauã Almeida de Souza on September 14, 2004, in Rio de Janeiro, is a Brazilian rapper, singer, and songwriter. He first gained widespread attention with his hit single "212," which reached number 4 on the Billboard Brazil chart and has accumulated over 200 million streams. Following this success, Chefin released several notable tracks, including "Deus É o Meu Guia," "Historinha," and his collaboration with Ed Sheeran on "2step." He signed with Mainstreet Records and dropped his debut album A Nova Era in 2022. That same year, Chefin won the MTV Millennial Awards in the "Trap na Cena" category. Known for his distinct blend of rap and melodic influences, he continued to build his career with singles like "Tropa do Flamengo" and "10 Carros." In 2023, he released O Mais Novo Romântico, and in 2024, he followed it with Nós Era Duro.
