Eme MalaFe

Born on March 26, 1994, in Mexico City, Martín Geovanni Aldana Cervantes, known as Eme MalaFe, is a versatile artist who fuses trap, rap, reggaeton, corridos tumbados, salsa, and Regional Mexican music. Growing up in a San Pancho alley in the Morelos neighborhood of Cuauhtémoc, his passion for music developed during high school, inspired by rap legends like Violadores del Verso and his own love for writing. After years of performing in small venues around the capital, he made a name for himself with his 2017 debut album El Mala. He soon collaborated with influential reggaeton artists from the Valle de México, such as Uzielito Mix, DJ Eli, and Neto Peña. Known for tracks like “El Niño,” “La Suburban,” “Mi Última Venganza,” and “¿Quién?,” Eme MalaFe’s music blends various genres, creating a "fiesta chilanga" atmosphere that resonates in Mexico City’s neighborhoods. His lyrics often touch on themes like economic hardship, violence, and resilience, earning him a loyal following. In 2023, he performed at the Axe Ceremonia festival alongside Julieta Venegas and Junior H. Despite facing challenges, including surviving a shooting in 2022, Eme MalaFe returned in 2024 with the single "La Brabus," followed by the release of his second full-length album, Santos.
