Le Classico Organisé is the brainchild of Marseille's very own Jul, who had previously put together the collective album 13'Organisé in 2020. Consisting of 157 rappers from the regions of Bouches-du-Rhône and Paris, the project revolves around the classic rivalry between the football teams from the capital and the ones from Marseille. Featuring rappers Alonzo, Kofs, Le Rat Luciano, SCH, and Soprano, as well as Parisian MCs Gims, Lacrim, and DA Uzi, among others, their first self-titled album saw the light in the fall of 2021 and sold over 30,000 copies in just one week. This success was largely thanks to the hit single "Loi de la Calle," which soared to the top of the French charts shortly after its release.
