RRILEY is the stage name of Sandra Riley Tang, a pop singer from Singapore. At the age of 22, Tang quit her full-time management job to form an indie pop band called The Sam Willows. One of four members who were all singers, Tang also played percussion and keyboards in the band. They released their self-titled debut EP in 2012, debuting at the Texan music festival South by Southwest the following year. Their debut album 'Take Heart' was released in 2015, the same year that Tang co-founded a yoga studio called The Yoga Co. A fitness fanatic who had studied Brazilian jiu-jitsu at the martial arts academy Evolve MMA, Tang went on to become a Nike ambassador in 2017, appearing in promotional videos for the Nike+ Training Club app. That year she also co-hosted Michael Bolton's reality television show 'Bolt of Talent' on Fox Life Asia. The Sam Willows released their second album 'I Know, But Where' in 2018. Tang then began her solo career as RRILEY with the release of her debut single 'Burn' in May 2019.
