Seyi Vibez

Seyi Vibez is a Nigerian Afro-pop singer who rose to prominence in 2021 with his hit single "God Sent." Born Balogun Afolabi Oluwaloseyi on July 11, 1990, in Ketu, Lagos State, Seyi began making music at a young age inspired by legendary Afrobeat musician Fela Anikulapo Kuti and kicked off his career in 2019 with the single "Dia Fada." After generating a decent amount of buzz with the 2020 singles "Bamishe (Freestyle)," "Grace," and "UPGRADE," Seyi Vibez issued his studio debut NSNV (No Seyi Vibez) in 2021, which featured his breakthrough hit "God Sent," as well as guest spots by Reekado Banks and Teni. His prolific streak carried over to the following year, issuing a plethora of singles in collaboration with Larncash ("Lift Me High"), Ido West ("Jah (Remix)"), Ice Prince ("Hustle"), Ayomide ("Ire"), and Balloranking ("Realize"). That same year, Seyi Vibez began teasing the release of his second studio full-length, Billion Dollar Baby, with the single "Bullion Van."
