Mister Christ, N'da Jean Christ in civil status, was born in Côte d'Ivoire. He made his debut on the Abidjan rap scene in 2020 with a debut track entitled "Toujours en tas". He followed this up with a series of freestyles, before unveiling the single "Stay Home " in 2021, a reaction to the worldwide Covid-19 epidemic. In 2022, he contributed to Jojo le Barbu's track "Pause" in a more trap vein. He also unveils the track "Saoulé" , which records the participation of Lyrics I, shortly afterwards. Zouglous influences were still prominent in his repertoire, as on the track "Abidjan est doux" , also released in 2022, but he gradually moved away from them to develop a rap style with a fast, aggressive flow in his freestyles, as on "Djinzin" (2022) and "On se casse " (2023).
