Miguel Cantos Gómez, known professionally as Saiko, is a Spanish singer, songwriter, and producer from Granada, considered one of the most promising artists in Spain's urban music scene. Saiko's musical journey began when he started rapping at the age of 14. In 2019, he and his brother formed a duo called Wiso y Saiko, but the duo dissolved soon afterwards. Determined to make his mark, Saiko went solo in 2020 and released his first single, "Te Quiero Fuera," followed by tracks like "Tropically" and "Colombiana." 2021 saw him achieving a bit more recognition with songs such as "Confía," "Humedad," "Vibra," and "Cosas Que No Te Dije." However, it was in 2022 that his career truly began to take off. His collaboration with JC Reyes on "Cartier" and with Quevedo on "Jordan 1" brought him significant attention, with the latter accumulating over a million views. Another notable collaboration was "Humedad" with Lola Índigo and Alejo. 2022 also saw the release of the EP 1371 KM. In early 2023, Saiko released "Sikora," which quickly garnered over 650,000 views in less than two weeks, becoming one of his most successful songs. He also achieved a milestone of 1 million monthly listeners on streaming platforms for the first time in February 2023. Later that year, he released the song "Antidepresivos," an introspective reggaeton track that reached Number 18 on the Spanish Top 100.
